Andrey is a professional yachtsman with extensive experience, whose sailing career began in 1985. He is a Master of Sports of the USSR and a certified high-level coach, combining the skills of a competitive racer with those of an experienced mentor.

He served as a coach during the 2008 Olympic Games and has trained more than 10 Master of Sports-level sailors throughout his career. Andrey holds an IYT Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and has many years of experience commanding vessels across diverse regions, including the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Seychelles.
